Psychotherapy for adults · Virtual therapy across California and Tennessee
Steady, relational trauma therapy for people ready to go deeper.
I'm Tracy De Soto, a licensed psychotherapist with almost 25 years of experience. I work with adults healing from complex trauma, with a particular focus on autistic women, using an integrated approach that brings the body into the work.
You may already understand your story. Your body may still be living it.
Many of the people I work with are insightful, articulate, and have spent real time in therapy. They can explain where their patterns come from. What they want now is for that understanding to change how they actually feel: in their relationships, in their nervous system, and in the ordinary moments of a day.
That kind of change usually asks for more than insight alone. Our work together makes room for what you think, what you feel, and what your body has been carrying.
